Renew Medical Group is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, California. This 1099 opportunity offers a strong compensation structure, a predictable full-time schedule, and an independent CRNA practice model within a well-supported hospital environment.

CRNAs provide coverage for both operating room and obstetric cases, balancing clinical autonomy with reliable in-house support. Providers work alongside anesthesiologists and residents, ensuring collaboration without sacrificing independence. The role is designed for CRNAs who value flexibility, transparency, and a provider-first culture.

This position offers consistent hours with the opportunity to significantly increase annual earnings through OB coverage. Located in Southern California’s Inland Empire, the practice provides access to major metro areas and outdoor recreation without coastal congestion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for operating room procedures
• Cover obstetric anesthesia, including 24-hour OB shifts
• Practice independently within a CRNA-led model
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and residents on site
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical quality

Compensation & Benefits

• OR coverage paid at $185 per hour
• OB coverage paid at $195 per hour for 24-hour shifts
• Estimated OR-only annual compensation of $325,000–$340,000
• Total earning potential up to approximately $425,000 annually with OB coverage
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Predictable full-time schedule (~40 hours per week)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active or eligible California CRNA licensure
• Comfort with both OR and OB anesthesia coverage
• Ability to practice independently within a hospital setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with immediate start availability
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Independent CRNA model with on-site anesthesiologist support
• Hospital-based practice at Riverside Community Hospital
