Job Description

Gateway ASC is seeking 2 CRNAs to join its busy, multi-specialty, free-standing physician-owned ambulatory surgery center in Concord, North Carolina. Both full-time (W-2) and PRN (1099) opportunities are available.

This fast-paced ASC includes 5 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. Providers should be organized, independent, and comfortable with rapid turnover in an outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical cases
• Case mix includes multi-specialty procedures with a strong orthopedic presence
• Work within a 100% medically directed model
• Administer induction agents when medically directed

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time W-2)

• W-2 employment
• Malpractice coverage paid (100%)
• More than 12 weeks paid vacation
• 1 week paid educational leave

• Time-and-a-half for hours over 40 negotiable

PRN Details

• 1099 independent contractor status
• Flexible PRN coverage

Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina license required
• NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
• Current ACLS certification required
• PALS negotiable
• New graduates negotiable

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• Mixture of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
• No first or second call
• 5 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
• Multi-specialty outpatient surgery center
