Job Description

Cone Health is seeking full-time W-2 CRNAs to join a highly supportive anesthesia team serving Alamance Regional Medical Center and MedCenter Mebane in Burlington and Mebane, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties in hospital and ASC settings
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
  • Manage anesthesia throughout perioperative care with full clinical autonomy
  • Collaborate within a supportive care-team model with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs
  • Maintain compliance with Cone Health policies and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual compensation between $226,000 and $289,000
  • W-2 employment with full benefits

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Active North Carolina CRNA license or eligibility
  • NBCRNA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Full-time W-2 position
  • No call, nights, or weekends
