Job Description

Deaconess Henderson Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their growing anesthesia team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative care model while maintaining a high level of autonomy in certain procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including trauma, general, ENT, neuro, ortho, vascular, and healthy pediatrics
• Administer anesthesia independently in ancillary procedures outside the OR
• Participate in OB call rotation (1:3 call)
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $252,500 for 210 shifts (equivalent to 10 weeks off)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $25,000 loan forgiveness
• Student stipend of up to $12,000 for a 5-year term
• Opportunity to work additional shifts and voluntary weekend shifts for total annual compensation exceeding $300,000
• Time and a half for shifts worked before 7:00 AM and after 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active Kentucky RN and APRN licensure
• Experience in OB and a variety of case types preferred
• Strong new graduates will be considered

• Full-time position
