Job Description

Ivory Anesthesia, a CRNA-owned office-based dental anesthesia practice, is seeking a motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its expanding team in the Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo areas of Utah. This is a full-time, 1099 opportunity with potential for part ownership and no nights, weekends, call, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent office-based anesthesia for dental procedures
• Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in outpatient dental settings
• Travel between dental offices in the Ogden, Salt Lake, and Provo metro areas

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn 75% of gross collections (increases annually)
• Guaranteed minimum salary; most CRNAs exceed it within the first 1–2 months
• Opportunity for part ownership in the practice
• Estimated annual income up to $400,000

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Utah RN and APRN licensure
• Ability to work independently in an office-based setting
• Business-minded and collaborative attitude preferred
• CRNA must provide own malpractice insurance, anesthesia equipment, and supplies
• Upfront equipment costs required; ongoing supply expenses ~5% of annual income

• Full-time position with flexible daytime hours
• No call, weekends, nights, or holidays
