Job Description

A regional healthcare leader in Southwest Nebraska is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a team of four CRNAs in a collegial and flexible environment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and a light volume workload, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including orthopedics, general surgery, and Ob/Gyn
• Participate in a 1:4 call schedule for OB – approximately 100 deliveries per year
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Provide care in a not-for-profit, critical access hospital

Compensation & Benefits

• $395K base salary plus additional compensation for call

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Nebraska RN and APRN licensure
• Experience with OB cases preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• 1:4 call schedule for OB cases
• Light volumes – option to take the day off if no surgeries are scheduled while still receiving pay
• Varied case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, and Ob/Gyn
