Job Description

CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Tyler is seeking a full-time W-2 CRNA to join a highly collaborative anesthesia team. Providers enjoy a wide-ranging case mix including trauma, ortho, neuro, vascular, urology, gyn, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, GI, and optional OB for those proficient in epidurals and spinals. No hearts or transplants are required. New grads are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is provided by long-standing CRNA leaders. All new equipment and EPIC charting are in use.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services across a broad, high-acuity case mix
• Optional OB work available for epidural/spinal–proficient CRNAs
• Collaborate with CRNAs and MDAs in a supportive team model
• Utilize modern anesthesia equipment and EPIC documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 – $300,000+
• New grad base: $224,640 minimum
• Premium pay: $200/hr for hours over 40
• Shift differentials: $12/hr evenings, $14/hr nights, $16/hr weekends (stackable)
• Holidays: 1.5× rate
• Sign-on incentive up to $55,000

Job Requirements

• Texas CRNA license or eligibility
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care model
• OB proficiency only required if opting into OB coverage

Schedule & Work Environment

• No call
• Flexible shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s, with optional 16s & 24s once acclimated
• Level II trauma center
