Job Description

Administer anesthesia and provide perioperative care across hospital and outpatient settings. This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, plus additional compensation for late shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and formulate anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia for a full range of surgical procedures (excluding cardiothoracic and infants)
• Provide post-anesthetic follow-up, evaluation, and care
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons to ensure high-quality patient care
• Work with orthopedic, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, GI, and neurosurgery teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Total estimated compensation: $400,000+ with late-shift earnings
• Base salary: $330,000 (FT)
• Late shift compensation: $200/hour after 4:00 PM
• Quality incentive bonus: 4% of base
• 30 days PTO annually with option for 10 additional days

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active RN or compact RN license
• APRN license with CRNA authorization from the Texas Board of Nursing
• CPR-HP and ACLS certifications
• NBCRNA certification

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Two late days per week on average (until ~7 PM)
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Hospital & ASC practice setting
• All-ages population (except cardiothoracic & infants)
• EPIC electronic medical records
