Job Description

Iberia Medical Center is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-employed or 1099 contractor position. This is a permanent opportunity with flexible employment structure, offering excellent compensation, full benefits, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a mix of B&B, Peds, General, Ortho, Urology, GI, ENT, and low-volume OB/GYN cases
• Work across two closely located campuses (inpatient hospital and outpatient center)
• No hearts or heads
• Participate in weekday and weekend call (1:5.5 and 1:6); non-call role negotiable

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $216,000 (W-2) with annual merit increases
• Quarterly and annual productivity stipends
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 weeks PTO, generous sick leave, education pay

• Full benefits for W-2 employees or flexibility with 1099 structure

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification with current Louisiana license
• Ability to provide a full range of anesthesia services independently and within a team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible W-2 or 1099 status
• Call schedule: 1:6 weekends, 1:5.5 weekdays (negotiable)
• Outpatient and inpatient mix
• Collaborative team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
