Job Description

The Center for Special Surgery in West Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their independent practice model. This W-2 position offers highly competitive compensation in a modern ambulatory surgery center specializing in orthopedic, spine, plastics, ENT, and ophthalmologic procedures. Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, team-based surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess, plan, administer, and evaluate anesthesia care for surgical patients
• Select appropriate equipment, medications, and dosages based on patient needs and procedure type
• Monitor patient reactions to anesthesia and provide appropriate intervention
• Accurately document patient records and communicate with team members
• Promote safe, ethical, evidence-based practices across all areas of care

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Annual salary: $300,000–$350,000
• Independent practice model (CRNA-only)
• Supportive and collaborative surgical center team

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active North Dakota CRNA license – or eligibility
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Comfort working autonomously across a range of surgical specialties

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position in a surgery center setting
• Specialties include orthopedic, spine, ENT, plastics, and eye cases
• Daytime schedule with no call or weekends
