Job Description

Main Street Anesthesia is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for its growing private practice at Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This 1099 opportunity offers high-level autonomy, independent practice, and excellent compensation. Ideal for experienced CRNAs or new graduates eager to work to the full scope of their license.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform pre-ops, anesthesia administration, PACU management, regional blocks, and lines
• Manage a wide variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
• Collaborate within a CRNA/MD team model for support and consultation
• Participate in call coverage with generous post-call days off

Compensation & Benefits

• $370,000 – $380,000 (production-based 1099 compensation)
• $8,000 annual bonus potential (paid quarterly)
• $40,000 sign-on/relocation bonus
• 7 weeks off per year
• Mentorship for blocks and lines available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Experience with independent anesthesia preferred; new grads welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• First call: 1 in 11 (post-call day off)
• Late shift: 1 in 11 (rarely past 7:00 PM)
• Weekend call approximately every 6th weekend
• Collaborative independent practice model with CRNAs and MDs
• Case types: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GI, GYN, pediatrics, IR
