Job Description
BMR Anesthesia, a private practice group based in Pensacola, Florida, is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This is a full-time, independent 1099 position offering an immediate start date, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional work-life balance with no call, weekends, or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services independently at a four-room pain management ambulatory surgery center.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and collegial work environment with a focus on patient satisfaction and procedural excellence.
Compensation & Schedule
- Annual Compensation: $290,000 – $310,000
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, guaranteed 8 hours per day
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements
- Immediate start available
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active Florida license
