Job Description

BMR Anesthesia, a private practice group based in Pensacola, Florida, is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This is a full-time, independent 1099 position offering an immediate start date, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional work-life balance with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services independently at a four-room pain management ambulatory surgery center.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
Contribute to a positive and collegial work environment with a focus on patient satisfaction and procedural excellence.

Compensation & Schedule

Annual Compensation: $290,000 – $310,000
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, guaranteed 8 hours per day
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements
Immediate start available

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active Florida license
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care
