Job Description
Central Valley Anesthesia Partners is an independent, CRNA-only group seeking motivated CRNAs to join a full-scope practice at a Level I Trauma Center in Fresno, California. This role offers a rare opportunity to practice independently in a large medical center environment while working alongside surgeons who value and respect CRNA-led anesthesia care. The group is actively expanding and offers a clear pathway to partnership for CRNAs interested in long-term growth and ownership.
The practice supports a broad and diverse case mix, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, trauma, gynecology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, plastics, ENT, OMFS, endoscopy, and optional obstetrics. New team members are supported through mentorship in regional anesthesia techniques and line placement, making this a strong opportunity for experienced CRNAs as well as confident clinicians looking to further expand advanced skills.
Shifts are primarily 10- and 12-hour assignments with fair call rotation and flexibility for weekday and weekend scheduling. Partners are expected to commit to a minimum of 160 hours per month, with compensation ranging from $350,000 to $575,000 annually depending on workload and partnership status. Moving expense assistance is available, and the group places a strong emphasis on work-life balance while maintaining clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Participate in trauma, emergency, and elective surgical cases
- Perform regional anesthesia and invasive line placement (training supported)
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams in a high-acuity environment
