Job Description

Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, South Dakota is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its cohesive, all-CRNA team practicing independently. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia for orthopedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, podiatry, cataracts, OB/GYN, and healthy pediatrics
• Perform obstetrical epidurals and regional anesthetics
• Collaborate within a supportive and autonomous CRNA-only group

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Annual salary: $290,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active South Dakota CRNA license – or eligibility
• Experience with independent practice and regional techniques – preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with current call: 1 in 8 (moving to 1 in 10 by July 2026)
• Post-call days off typically provided
• Level IV Trauma Center with full range of specialty services
• Independent, not-for-profit regional healthcare system
