Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established, all-CRNA anesthesia practice. The case mix is diverse yet manageable, consisting of orthopedics, urology, general surgery, endoscopy, and OB/GYN cases. A strong emphasis is placed on regional anesthesia techniques, and CRNAs who wish to expand their skill set will receive training and support in regional blocks. This makes the position an excellent opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and motivated new graduates seeking a strong independent-practice foundation.

Call responsibilities are shared evenly among five providers, with first-call coverage occurring every fifth night. There is no second-call requirement, and while a post-call day off is not guaranteed, it is provided at times based on clinical needs and scheduling. With 10 full weeks off per year, this position offers a rare balance of high compensation, professional autonomy, and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical services
• Manage anesthetic plans for orthopedic, general, urology, endoscopy, and OB/GYN cases
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques with training available
• Participate in shared first-call coverage rotation
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical documentation
