1099 Facility Full Time NM No Call

Job Description

Main Street Anesthesia is hiring full-time CRNAs to join its expanding private practice at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. This 1099 position offers CRNAs the opportunity to work independently and practice at the top of their license in a supportive and collaborative care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, regional blocks, and line placements
• Work within a collaborative team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
• Provide coverage across a wide variety of surgical cases
• Participate in weekend day coverage (6 weekends/year)

Compensation & Benefits

• $370,000 – $380,000 (hourly, 1099 position)
• $40,000 Sign-On and Relocation Bonus
• 8 weeks off annually
• Mentorship available for regional blocks and lines

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in New Mexico
• Independent practice experience preferred, but new grads are welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Four 9-11 hour shifts per week (finish your room schedule)
• No call responsibilities
• Weekend coverage required six times per year
• Case mix includes: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro
• No trauma, cardiac, thoracic, or pediatrics
