Job Description

Leawood Area ASC in Kansas City, Kansas is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their private practice team. This opportunity offers an ideal work-life balance in an outpatient surgery center setting with no call, weekends, or holidays required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for bread-and-butter cases in an ambulatory surgery center setting
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced surgical and nursing staff
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $190,000 and $210,000 annually
• 8 weeks of paid time off
• Malpractice insurance included
• Full benefits package
• W-2 employment status only

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Kansas or Missouri CRNA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to quality care and teamwork

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
