Job Description
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking a skilled PRN CRNA to support a high-performance dental implant center in the San Jose area. This opportunity offers full autonomy, predictable hours, and a low case volume—ideal for CRNAs who thrive in modern outpatient surgical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia for dental implant and oral/maxillofacial procedures
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Manage airway and administer anesthetic agents including propofol, midazolam, fentanyl, and ketamine
- Monitor patients throughout the procedure to ensure safety and stability
- Provide patient education and ensure smooth recovery transitions
- Independently lead all anesthesia care while collaborating with dental surgical teams
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor
- $250 per hour (6–8 hour guaranteed days)
- Modern dental surgical centers with state-of-the-art equipment
- No call, no nights, and no weekends
Job Requirements
- Active California CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience with open airway sedation skills
- Malpractice insurance with minimum limits of $1M / $3M
- Experience in dental anesthesia or oral/maxillofacial cases preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- 6–8 hour guaranteed workdays
- 2–3 patients per day
- Modern dental implant center environment
