Job Description

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking a skilled PRN CRNA to support a high-performance dental implant center in the San Jose area. This opportunity offers full autonomy, predictable hours, and a low case volume—ideal for CRNAs who thrive in modern outpatient surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia for dental implant and oral/maxillofacial procedures
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Manage airway and administer anesthetic agents including propofol, midazolam, fentanyl, and ketamine
  • Monitor patients throughout the procedure to ensure safety and stability
  • Provide patient education and ensure smooth recovery transitions
  • Independently lead all anesthesia care while collaborating with dental surgical teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1099 independent contractor
  • $250 per hour (6–8 hour guaranteed days)
  • Modern dental surgical centers with state-of-the-art equipment
  • No call, no nights, and no weekends

Job Requirements

  • Active California CRNA license
  • NBCRNA certification
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 1 year CRNA experience with open airway sedation skills
  • Malpractice insurance with minimum limits of $1M / $3M
  • Experience in dental anesthesia or oral/maxillofacial cases preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Thursday schedule
  • 6–8 hour guaranteed workdays
  • 2–3 patients per day
  • Modern dental implant center environment
