Job Description

Pima Heart & Vascular Surgery Center in Tucson, Arizona is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their cardiovascular-focused ambulatory surgery center. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and PRN basis. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, close-knit team and provide high-quality cardiac-related anesthesia care in an outpatient setting.

CRNAs will be engaged as independent contractors and compensated either with a flat daily rate or an hourly rate (depending on status). Enjoy a flexible, professional environment with a reputable and respected ASC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for cardiovascular outpatient procedures
• Collaborate with a specialized clinical team in an ASC environment
• Ensure safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative period

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,300 – $1,400 for full-time contractors
• Hourly pay with minimum guarantees for PRN or part-time shifts
• Independent contractor (1099) model
• Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, or PRN

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible to practice in Arizona
• Experience with cardiovascular or outpatient ASC cases preferred
• Professional, team-oriented, and confident in independent settings
