Job Description
Regional Medical Center in Show Low is seeking 6 skilled locum CRNAs to support coverage at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, Arizona. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity within an all-CRNA practice model.
CRNAs practice with full autonomy in a collaborative hospital environment serving northeastern Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in an all-CRNA practice model
- Practice independently at the top of your license
- Participate in first call (every 8th night) and variable second call
- Collaborate with OR staff in a regional medical center setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,200 per day
- Approximate annual compensation of $425,000 based on schedule
- 1099 independent contractor status
- 13 weeks off annually (3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule)
- Post-call day off
- Malpractice coverage required ($1M/$3M limits listed; not paid)
Job Requirements
- Active Arizona license required
- NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
- New graduates not accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
- Every 8th night first call
- All-CRNA autonomous practice model
- Community-based regional medical center
