A small, local anesthesia group in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their independent practice. This is a true lifestyle position focused exclusively on eye cases—no weekends, no nights, and no call. Work with great surgeons in a low-stress setting, performing your own cases with full autonomy. Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for ophthalmologic procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
• Prepare all required equipment, medications, and documentation
• Coordinate directly with a consistent group of surgeons in a focused setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual income: $260,000
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Colorado licensure or eligibility
• Ability to work independently and perform own cases
