Job Description

Montgomery Eye Surgery Center, a leading ophthalmology-focused ASC serving the Montgomery, AL region since 1997, is seeking experienced PRN CRNAs to join their dedicated team. This single-specialty facility offers a supportive and professional environment focused on exceptional patient care in a relaxed outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and provide anesthesia-related care
• Perform patient assessments and evaluations
• Monitor and support vital life functions during procedures
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout anesthesia care
• Participate in QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement) activities

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 PRN position
• Competitive per diem compensation (inquire for rates)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Alabama
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified by the AANA Council on Certification
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a practicing CRNA
• Basic computer skills and strong ethical character
• Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Schedule & Work Environment

• Outpatient setting with flexible PRN shifts
• No nights, weekends, or call required
• Collaborative, specialty-trained surgical team
