Job Description
MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a dynamic anesthesia care team in scenic Las Cruces, NM. This opportunity offers full independent practice in accordance with New Mexico’s SB 78, with physician anesthesiologists available for peer-level consultation when needed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services across a diverse, high-acuity case mix
- Collaborate with a supportive team of CRNAs and physician anesthesiologists
- Participate in mentoring and professional development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $400,000 – $425,000+
- W-2 or 1099 employment options
- Compensation packages starting at $380,000+
- Flexible shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s
- Up to 8 weeks off annually
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active New Mexico CRNA license
- Strong clinical skills and ability to practice independently
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Independent practice model
- Negotiable first and second call responsibilities
- Day off after call: usually

- Intracranial neurosurgery
- Pediatric dental
- Bariatric & colorectal surgery
