Job Description
Commonwealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking full-time CRNAs to join its distinguished private practice team at Newton Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts. This highly sought-after opportunity offers strong compensation, flexible scheduling, no overnight call, and a collegial practice environment just outside of Boston.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a broad mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical cases
- Participate in safe post-anesthesia recovery management
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $285,000 or higher
- 10–15% company profit sharing
- Annual bonus and retention bonus opportunities
- $250 per hour weekend day shift opportunities
- Generous overtime compensation with time and a half

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- NBCRNA certification required or negotiable if in process
- Current ACLS certification required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- New graduates welcome
- Preferred: PALS, BSN or BA in Nursing, and professional memberships
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
- Set weekly schedule with consistent workdays
- Flexible scheduling adjustments available
- No first call, second call, or overnight responsibilities
- No OB cases
- Practice across 19 operating rooms, IR, endoscopy, and outpatient surgery center
- No anesthesia residents or student CRNAs
