Job Description

Four Women Health Services (FWHS), a Massachusetts Department of Public Health licensed outpatient surgical facility in Attleboro, is seeking PRN CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage for scheduled Saturday surgical sessions. This independent 1099 opportunity offers a predictable outpatient environment with limited monthly commitment and guaranteed compensation.

The facility performs outpatient procedures up to 20 weeks gestation and is looking for dependable CRNAs interested in a flexible, low-volume PRN role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout cases
• Conduct perioperative anesthesia assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with outpatient surgical staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Practice independently in a CRNA-driven outpatient setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour compensation
• Guaranteed 8 hours pay per session
• Typical workday generally runs from approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00–2:00 PM
• Daily earnings range from $2,000 to $2,500
• $10,000 signing bonus available with one-year commitment
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Malpractice limits of 1M / 3M

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification not required
• No subspecialty fellowship required
• New graduates accepted
• Providers in the NBCRNA examination process accepted

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN opportunity
• Coverage needed for 1–2 Saturday sessions per month
• No first call responsibilities
• No second call responsibilities
• No nights or weekday call
• Independent practice model with 0% medical direction
• Outpatient surgical facility setting
• 2–3 CRNAs needed
• No anesthesiology residents, AAs, or anesthesia technicians on site
• No central lines, arterial lines, epidurals, spinals, or regional blocks required
• Focused outpatient anesthesia practice with predictable workflow
