Job Description

This full-time CRNA role in southwest North Dakota offers strong compensation, autonomy, and the ability to perform a full range of regional blocks. Providers work weekday 8-hour shifts with occasional call, or may elect a 26-weeks-per-year schedule for increased flexibility. The position supports a smaller hospital environment with a collaborative anesthesia team and a welcoming community focused on outdoor recreation and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases
• Perform all regional blocks independently
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Monitor and manage patient status throughout anesthesia and recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
• Participate in occasional call coverage as scheduled

Compensation & Benefits

• $200/hr W-2 with full benefits, or $220/hr as permanent 1099
• $30,000 forgivable loan (sign-on bonus)
• Up to $15,000 relocation reimbursement
• 26-weeks-per-year schedule option available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Competence with all regional anesthesia blocks
• Ability to work independently in a small-hospital setting
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with 8-hour weekday shifts
• Every FIFTH night first call
• Post-call days off usually provided
• Second call frequency unknown
• Small hospital setting serving a regional population of over 100,000
