Job Description

Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing team in Flagstaff or Sedona, Arizona. Enjoy a patient-centered, physician-led work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $220,000 – $260,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Relocation assistance: $25,000
• Quality bonus up to $6,000
• CME allowance: $5,000 annually

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Ability to work in a collaborative model (3:1 with anesthesiologists)
• Comfortable with a diverse case mix including general, ortho, neuro, ENT, and vascular
• Regional anesthesia experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• 40-hour workweek (8- or 12-hour shifts)
• No call, no overnights
• Work at either Flagstaff Medical Center or Verde Valley Medical Center
• CRNAs never expected to work past their scheduled shift
• Weekend coverage only once every five weeks
