NorthStar Anesthesia is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Medical City Argyle in Argyle, Texas.

You’ll have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad surgical caseload including ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Neuro, Carpal Tunnel, Spine, Orthopedic, Total Joint, Plastics, and Podiatry procedures
• Support Central Venous Access Procedures as part of the clinical service mix
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative care team model
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to patient safety protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Advertised base compensation: $248,000+ (additional earning opportunities available)
• Top of Market Base Salary: $240,000+
• $90,000 sign-on bonus
• $8,000 quality incentives
• Stipends available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Texas licensure
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply

• Full-time, W2 position
• Flexible Scheduling – Monday – Friday
• Call is Optional
