Seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to lead an all-CRNA anesthesia team at Adventist Health Tillamook on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Job Requirements

• Current Oregon CRNA licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Current NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Experienced CRNAs only (new graduates not accepted)
• Leadership experience preferred
• Comfort practicing independently
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Schedule & Practice

• Full-time 1099 independent contractor position
• Immediate start available
• Every third night first call
• No second call
• Lead an all-CRNA anesthesia team
• 100% independent practice with no medical direction
• Broad case mix including obstetrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, outpatient surgery, regional anesthesia, acute pain service, and preoperative clinic
• Perform central lines, arterial lines, spinal anesthesia, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks
• Chief CRNA leadership opportunity
