Job Description

Salem Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its collaborative anesthesia team at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon. This is a rare opportunity to work in a team-based environment alongside anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs while enjoying a 4-day work week with no call responsibilities.

Providers practice in a high-acuity environment supporting a Level II Trauma Center and a busy surgical program with exposure to a broad case mix across multiple specialties. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, vascular, and additional surgical specialties
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative teams
• Document anesthesia care and clinical activities in the electronic medical record
• Support efficient perioperative workflow in a high-volume hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $313,790
• Up to $15,000 start bonus

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current unrestricted Oregon CRNA license or eligibility prior to start
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Competency with at least 500 anesthetics within the past 24 months
• Minimum two years acute care surgical experience as a CRNA
• Independent practice experience preferred
