Job Description

HPM is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing pain management practice in Fargo or Bismarck, North Dakota. This unique opportunity allows CRNAs to transition into a non-surgical pain management specialty with no prior pain management experience required. Providers receive a fully paid fellowship program, mentorship, and hands-on training designed to build confidence and expertise in interventional pain management.

This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career outside of the traditional operating room setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pain management services in an outpatient clinical setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures following fellowship training
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and specialty training

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation ranging from $250,000 – $300,000
• Fully paid pain management fellowship training program

Job Requirements

• North Dakota licensure required or eligible
• Interest in pain management and procedural medicine
• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Ability to work independently in a clinic-based environment
