Job Description

Anesthesia Partners is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time position at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. This opportunity offers an independent practice model in a collegial, low-stress environment, providing anesthesia coverage two days per week with light call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services independently for a variety of surgical cases in a community hospital setting.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients post-procedure.
• Utilize regional anesthesia techniques as appropriate to optimize patient comfort and outcomes.
• Participate in a 1:5 rotational call schedule with minimal callback volume.

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual Salary: Approximately $200,000 (part-time W-2)
• Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays, daytime coverage
• Call: 1:5 rotational call, low callback volume
• Time Off: 7 weeks PTO
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance with cost-sharing options; HSA available
• Retirement: 8% employer contribution
• CME: Reimbursement available

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• NBCRNA certification
• Active New Hampshire CRNA license (or eligibility)
• Comfort working independently and performing regional anesthesia
