Job Description

Duncan Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at Duncan Regional Medical Center in Duncan, Oklahoma. This position offers a partner-track opportunity with partnership eligibility after one year and a minimum starting salary of $425,000 with additional earning potential based on production once partnered.

The group is expanding due to the retirement of a long-standing partner after 24 years. CRNAs practice independently in a wide range of cases without anesthesiologist medical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
• Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, endoscopy, OB, cath lab, pain procedures, and interventional radiology
• Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia
• Perform regional nerve blocks (training available if needed)
• Participate in call rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base salary: $425,000

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Comfortable performing regional blocks, spinal, and epidural anesthesia (training available)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Independent CRNA practice model
• First call rotation every seventh night
• Second call frequency varies
• Practice limited to a single hospital
• No cardiac or neurosurgical cases
