Job Description

Pioneers Medical Center (PMC) is seeking two CRNAs to join their growing anesthesia team. This is a full-time position supporting the expansion of the hospital’s Orthopedics, Spine, and General Surgery programs. Enjoy a rural Colorado lifestyle with a flexible 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule and no surgical call required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a surgical suite setting
• Support orthopedic, spine, and general surgery cases
• Collaborate closely with a team of medical professionals in a mission-driven rural hospital

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 – $280,000 (W-2)
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
• No surgery call

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure
• Eligibility to work in Colorado
• Commitment to high-quality, rural patient care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• No nights, weekends, or surgery call
• Work in a 16-bed Critical Access Hospital in a collaborative and patient-centered environment
