Job Description

Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its hospital-employed anesthesia team. This full-time opportunity offers both call and no-call positions, strong earning potential, and significant time off.

CRNAs will work within an anesthesia care team model that emphasizes autonomy while supporting a wide range of complex and routine cases. This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced providers seeking flexibility, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Administer anesthesia including regional, spinal, and epidural techniques
• Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and stability
• Deliver post-anesthesia care and recovery management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a team-based model

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation up to $320,000 depending on call participation
• $45,000 sign-on bonus with additional relocation and loan assistance
• 8 weeks of paid time off

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Kansas state licensure
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or negotiable
• Ability to work in a collaborative anesthesia care team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 hospital-employed position
• Call and no-call position options available
• Call schedule approximately 1:10 with pre- and post-call days off
• OB participation optional
• Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, ENT, cardiac, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and trauma
