Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of anesthesia services including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Participate in a liberal supervision model with a collaborative physician and APP team
• Ensure safe, efficient anesthesia delivery across various surgical specialties

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $310,000 to $400,000
• Flexible W-2 employment or 1099 arrangement available
• Comprehensive benefits for W-2 employees with employed status

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in New Mexico
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with light call and flexible shifts
• Fast OR turnover times and strong team support
• No complex cardiac procedures required
