Job Description

Gastro One is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team in Germantown, TN, and Southaven, MS. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with no on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $246,094.99
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus
• 8 Weeks of PTO & 10 Paid Holidays
• 40 Hours + $4,000 Toward CME

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an approved RN program
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Current RN and APN Licensure in Tennessee and/or Mississippi
• BLS and ACLS Certification

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
• Endoscopy-based practice with a focus on patient-centered care
• Work alongside a team of experienced gastroenterologists and allied health professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during endoscopic procedures
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations and select appropriate anesthetic plans
• Manage IV insertion, airway management, and hemodynamic balance
• Monitor post-operative care and evaluate patient recovery
