Orlando Health is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesiology team at the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, a next-generation orthopedic hospital located in downtown Orlando. This state-of-the-art institute operates within a single building and includes both an outpatient surgery center and a 75-bed inpatient surgical department, eliminating the need for travel between facilities.

The clinical environment focuses exclusively on orthopedic care, with a case mix ranging from outpatient diagnostic procedures to complex total joint replacements and spine surgeries. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for CRNAs to build and refine orthopedic anesthesia expertise while working in a highly specialized, well-supported setting. This is a hospital-employed W-2 position with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including annual pay increases, retirement matching, CME funding, and full licensure and recertification reimbursement. Orlando Health also offers a $75,000 sign-on and transitional support bonus in exchange for a three-year commitment.

The schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind. There is no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Multiple shift options are available, providing flexibility to accommodate different scheduling preferences.
