Job Description

Hendrick Health in Abilene, Texas is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its ACT model anesthesia team. This position offers a strong compensation package, predictable scheduling, and the opportunity to perform spinals, epidurals, and a-lines if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a broad case mix
• Participate in weekday and weekend call rotation
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and arterial lines (optional)
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in an ACT model

Compensation & Benefits

• $290,000+ annually for 0–3 years’ experience (includes $30K call stipend + $10K retention incentive)
• $340,000+ annually for 3+ years’ experience (includes $30K call stipend + $10K retention incentive)
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday pay: $200/hour
• $5,000 relocation allowance
• 7 weeks PTO in year one (8 weeks with tenure)
• 1 additional week PTO for mission trips
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
• AANA dues paid annually

• 403(b) with 3% match + optional 457(b)

Job Requirements

• CRNA with active or eligible Texas licensure
• Willing to participate in call rotation

Schedule & Work Environment

• 40-hour work week, proratable to preferred commitment
• 2–3 weekday call shifts per month
• 6 weekend call shifts per year
• Level 3 trauma center (transitioning to Level 2)
• Mix of cases: Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Healthy Peds, and more
• Family-friendly, predictable schedule
