Job Description

UH Elyria Medical Center and Mercy Lorain Hospital are seeking full-time CRNAs to join their anesthesia team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with options for 5×8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts, competitive compensation starting at $245,000, and a supportive environment with diverse case exposure. PRN positions are also available for those seeking additional flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of cases including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, and endoscopy
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status intraoperatively
• Ensure safe and effective recovery during the post-anesthesia period
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and perioperative staff to support optimal patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $245,000 (effective October 2025)
• $2,000 additional for each year of experience (up to 10 years)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 weeks vacation to start, increasing to 6 weeks by year 5
• 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan
• Annual CME allowance up to $2,100
• AANA dues paid, disability and life insurance coverage
• 2% annual salary increase with no cap
• Overtime opportunities available

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and Ohio state licensure
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Options for 5×8-hour or 4×10-hour shifts
• No first or second call required
