Job Description
The University of Kansas Health System – St. Francis Campus is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing anesthesia team in Topeka, Kansas. This expansion role provides the opportunity to practice in a 378-bed community hospital and a nearby ambulatory surgery center. CRNAs enjoy a supportive and collegial environment, broad case exposure, and a balance of autonomy with medical direction. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia across a wide variety of surgical specialties, including OB, ortho/spine, urology, plastics, GI, neuro, and cardiovascular surgery
- Perform regional anesthesia, epidurals, and central lines within a medically supervised model
- Provide home call coverage with a guaranteed post-call day off
- Participate in a mentorship program and collaborative care environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-On Bonus: $35,000

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current or eligible Kansas CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
- Strong regional anesthesia skills preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Home call rotation (every 5th night) with guaranteed post-call day off
- Work across 9 hospital ORs and 2 ASC ORs
- Mentorship available for new graduates
