Job Description

Join a well-respected private practice in Wausau, Wisconsin, as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This position offers an exceptional compensation package, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for work-life balance. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
  • Total compensation package exceeding $375,000 annually
  • Over 13% 401k contribution after 500 service hours
  • Call volume flexibility: Earn more or less based on your call preferences
  • Comprehensive salary and benefits package
  • Last salary increase: November 20, 2023
  • Fair Market Valuation underway with anticipated wage adjustment
  • PTO for longevity – up to an additional 5 days

Schedule & Call

  • Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 1 in 19 call rotation
  • Call pay for callback, pre-call, and post-call work
  • Average work hours: Less than 40 per week
