Job Description

CGH Medical Center, a 99-bed independent community hospital in Sterling, Illinois, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team. The role offers a mix of autonomy and collaborative practice, covering a variety of cases but excluding neurosurgery, open heart, transplants, and bariatrics. CRNAs work two 8-hour shifts and one 24-hour shift per week, with out-of-house call responsibilities. CGH serves a community of approximately 26,000 residents and offers a laid-back lifestyle with access to outdoor activities, cultural amenities, and excellent schools.

Job Qualifications

– Board-Certified CRNA.
– Experience preferred, particularly with regional blocks.
– Comfortable practicing autonomously in a community hospital setting.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

– Base salary: $300,000 – $310,000.
