Job Description

Anniston Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a well-established private practice group. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent 3×12 schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive team environment.

CRNAs will work within a medically directed model, providing anesthesia care across a variety of bread-and-butter cases with some vascular and specialty exposure. This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced providers seeking a stable role with excellent benefits and optional additional earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, and vascular procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery and patient management
• Assist with arterial line placement and other invasive monitoring as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medical direction model

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $210,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 with contract commitment
• 21 days of paid time off
• 5% annual retention bonus
• 3% employer retirement contribution

• Malpractice coverage provided ($1M / $3M)
• Optional locum opportunities at $215 per hour

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• NBCRNA certification required or in process
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
• Ability to work in a medically directed care model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend coverage required approximately once per month
• No call responsibilities
• Medical direction model with CRNA-administered inductions
• Case mix includes mostly bread-and-butter procedures with some vascular and specialty cases
• Collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
