Job Description

Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area in Marinette, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings
  • Work within a CRNA-led team in a collaborative care model
  • Participate in ongoing clinical development and leadership opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $200,000–$310,000
  • Eligible for a sign-on bonus
  • Up to $90,000 in student loan forgiveness paid directly to lenders
  • Extra shift bonuses: $50/hour for hours over 4 above FTE
  • CME: $2,000/year + 40 hours CME PTO
  • Covered malpractice insurance, licensure, and certification
  • PTO based on years of experience
  • No non-compete for working locums outside of Advocate Health

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for or holding Wisconsin licensure
  • Strong communication and collaborative care skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
  • No call, no weekends, no holidays
  • Modern, state-of-the-art facility opened in 2018
