Job Description
Quantum Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing office-based anesthesia practice serving the Milwaukee metropolitan area and Northern Illinois/Chicagoland region. This autonomous practice offers an excellent Monday-Friday schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work independently in a variety of office-based surgical settings.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable practicing independently and have experience managing ENT, dental/oral surgery, and facial plastic surgery cases. Experience with pediatric patients and nasal intubations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care in office-based surgical settings
- Administer anesthesia for ENT, oral surgery, dental, and facial plastic surgery procedures
- Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and anesthesia planning
- Manage airways, including nasal intubation techniques
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation ranging from $450,000 – $475,000
- 1099 independent contractor status

- No call responsibilities
- No weekends required
- Monday-Friday schedule

Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Illinois CRNA licensure required
- Minimum four years of independent CRNA experience required
- Experience with pediatric anesthesia preferred
- Comfort with nasal intubation preferred
- New graduates not accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 opportunity
