Job Description

Join an all-CRNA team in Southwest Minnesota, providing autonomous anesthesia care in a well-supported environment. Enjoy a flexible 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule, offering ample time to travel or relax. This opportunity is perfect for experienced CRNAs or new graduates looking for mentorship.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $280,000
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus
  • W-2 employment with full benefits

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous CRNA model
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

  • 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
  • First-call responsibilities with varied frequency
  • Work in a supportive community hospital setting
