Job Description

Blue Ridge ASC: $315K total comp + $75K sign-on bonus, M-F day 8s, under 40 hrs/week, 12% 401(k), 8 weeks PTO, W2/1099. FT/PT. No call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

New pay package: $315,000+ minimum total compensation package, PLUS $75,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment. Base salary of $245,000. Full-time or part-time available. Monday-Friday with NO CALL, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, and NO HOLIDAYS. Flexible CRNA-centric day shift of 8 hours. Average less than 40 hrs/week. Immediate 8 weeks of PTO (no accrual period). Anesthesia tech present.

Join a well-established, long-term collegial care-team model private practice anesthesia group with Valley Anesthesia. Part-time can be structured as 1099 or W2. Great team with outstanding anesthesiologist/CRNA relationship and quality of life. Bread and butter cases (general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and GI). Additional per diem shifts available at $200/hr value ($175/hr + 12% 401(k) contribution). Excellent 401(k) with match + profit sharing plan, employer contributions of 12+% (may contribute year 1). PRN 1099 opportunities available.

Dedicated ASC anesthesia tech, new anesthesia machines (paper record), and access to free meals and snacks at the cafeteria and provider lounge. Hospital provides free EV charging on site.

Blue Ridge Surgery Center has 4 ORs and 2 endo suites. We are the exclusive contract provider of anesthesia services. A new 5-year exclusive contract has been signed.

Job Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Must be able to perform bread-and-butter cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and GI
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellent team-oriented care
• Eligibility to work in the United States
