Job Description

Join Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in College Station in a groundbreaking opportunity as we expand with a new state-of-the-art surgery center opening in 2025. This position combines hospital work and responsibilities at the new Plaza facility, offering diverse case types in a supportive team environment. Enjoy a $75,000 sign-on bonus and a chance to contribute to the growth of healthcare in the vibrant community of College Station, known as “Aggieland,” home to Texas A&M University.

– State-of-the-art facilities with a 100,000-square-foot expansion.
– Flexible shift schedule with minimal call and post-call days off.
– Wide variety of cases, including ortho, sports medicine, endo, OB, thoracic, ENT, and more.
– Collaborative environment with a well-established team of 16 CRNAs and 9 anesthesiologists.

Job Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree required.
– CRNA certification.
– ACLS and BLS certifications (must obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer).
– New graduates welcome; no minimum experience required.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

– Competitive compensation package including:
– $75,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
– Comprehensive benefits starting on day one (health insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, CME allowance of $4,000 with 5 days off).
– Relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement.
