Job Description
An established anesthesia practice in the San Antonio, Texas area is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an autonomous outpatient role. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends. The practice provides a supportive, structured environment focused on high-quality patient care. SRNAs nearing graduation are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures (bread-and-butter cases; no OB).
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Provide safe emergence and post-anesthesia care and recovery oversight.
- Document anesthesia care accurately and completely.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative personnel in an outpatient setting.

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or SRNA eligible to sit for boards
- Unrestricted Texas RN and CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong independent clinical skills in outpatient anesthesia
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment
